Shutterstock Faux-Romance Novel Covers

Shutterstock commissioned this series of fake romance novel covers featuring famous video game characters for a Valentine's Day blog. The intent was to show illustrators how they could use Shutterstock images as reference for their commercial work.

My favorite by far has to be the Duck Hunt Dog and Duck with the tagline: "Their dream of desire flew south....Forever."
